Photography Workshop: March 6-8 - $1,200
March 6-8 experience a life changing 3-day workshop. Limited to an extremely small group you will receive the individual attention you need to truly make a difference in your business. This workshop is geared towards those newer to the business who can benefit from the wide range of subjects covered including camera settings in difficult lighting situations, finding the best natural light, posing the bride and groom, creating your own checklist of must-have photos at a wedding, how to market yourself in ways that actually work in today’s competitive atmosphere, price setting and critical portfolio review.
This intimate setting allows you unlimited access to Mindy and Mike’s expertise, while learning with peers in a relaxed non competitive environment where no question is off limits and all levels of knowledge are respected. An intense learning experience complete with live shooting opportunities in a lush resort setting, you will find yourself itching to get back home to put all your new information to work for you!
$1,200 includes instruction and lunch daily – special resort room rates are available.

The Jump Start - $3,500
Are you ready to launch your business into the next stratosphere NOW? Do you not have time to wait for the next workshop, or would prefer an even more individualized approach to getting your business off the ground? The jump start package allows you access to Mindy and Mike as your personal mentors, giving you all the information, guidance, mentoring, instruction and critique necessary for you to fast track your business to success. The jump start package is completely customized to your needs and can and will cover every facet of your business. Only one jump start package is sold per month so that you get the level of attention you deserve. Your jump start includes:
- an initial 2+ hour phone consultation to determine your needs and set goals (prior to the start of your jump start month)
- follow up phone conversations – up to 3x per week and up to 1 hour per call for the entire month – pre-scheduled to keep you accountable for reaching your goals
- unlimited email correspondence
- portfolio review, pricing review, marketing plan, photography instruction, best business practices and more
- purchase consulting – save money by buying the right equipment the first time around
- personalized workflow coaching and post-processing instruction
- an 8 hour, in-person, one-on-one personalized workshop in San Diego (if you are unable to travel for this it may be traded for attendance at a group 3 day workshop, or a Lavalu or yummy stuff product credit. Other locations may be available depending on Mindy’s travel schedule.)
Having Mindy and Mike in your corner as your personal mentors for a month will prove to be absolutely invaluable to your growth. This package will not hand you a templated business plan nor does this make the process of propelling your business less work for you. Instead, we will push you and hold you accountable so that you grow and advance in the course of a month so much further than would ever have been possible yourself. The process can be grueling, so it is recommended that you only sign up in a month where you are committed to putting in the time and effort necessary to get the most out of it. Like most things in life, you really only can get out of it what you are willing to put into it!
A $500 retainer holds your space with the balance due on the first of the scheduled month.
